Smoothie’O Dairy Type Powder Mix
Smoothies are one of the hottest frozen beverages being offered today. A Smoothie is a blend of yogurt and fresh
fruit. “Concession” Smoothies start with Gold Medal #1216 Smoothie’O Mix. Add one 30 oz. pouch and water to make on gallon. Keep it refrigerated after mixing.  Use about a cup (8 oz) per drink, plus two cups of ice, four or five frozen strawberries and half of a large banana.  Blend in the #1220 Smoothie’O Blender – serve in a 20 oz. cup. Use the two to four oz left over as “samplers” to help create even more sales. Concession Smoothie’O – a great $3.00 to $3.50 confection with a food costs of under 60˘ including the specially printed Smoothie’O cup.

In addition to the Dairy Type Mix, some people use about 1/3 cup of dry Smoothie ‘O Powder plus two cups of ice, about 8 oz. of water and the fruit.

To make Cappuccino,  Mocha or French Vanilla Cappuccino, use 8 oz. of water, 1/3 to 1/2 cup of dry powder mix and two cups of ice.
