To
make a quart of Syrup:
One oz. of concentrate plus 1/4 of a 5 lb. bag of sugar makes one quart of Ready
To Use Syrup.
To make a gallon of Syrup:
Put 5 to 51/2 lbs. sugar in clean empty jug, add 4 oz. Flavor Concentrate, add
hot water
and shake well – top off and you are ready.
To make a pint of Slush Concentrate:
Put 4 oz. Flavor Concentrate in a clean empty slush bottle – fill to within
1" (3 cm) of top with water and shake. That’s all there is to it.

Ee-Zee
Concentrates are by far the
most popular product for making your own Sno-Kone, Slush/Granita or soft drink syrups.
Convenient pre-measured pouches take all the guesswork from making
syrup. Just open a pouch, add 5 lb. sugar and enough water to make a
gallon – that’s all there is to it and you save almost half the cost
of pre-made syrups. You do not sacrifice quality when you switch to Ee-Zee – the flavors are compounded by the same chemists that
develop all our flavors – they know the problems in flavoring
Sno-Kones, and they compound to give you top notch full strength, richly
colored syrups.

Ingredients: Sugar, Citric Acid, Artificial Flavor, Sodium
